Over the last 25 years, Kim has been masterplanning the amalgamation of a series of contiguous historic estates in Suffolk to create a comprehensive landscape plan of woodland, pasture and water. Over 1 million trees will have been planted, 4 miles of lakes and wetlands created and dozens of historic buildings restored.

Working closely with the estate, the architect Argus Gathorne-Hardy, the local authority and wild life trust, thousands of acres of habitat-rich wood pasture are being created and consents agreed for a hotel with new dwellings for holiday let.
