For over 20 years, Kim has been masterplanning the amalgamation of a series of historic estates in Suffolk to create a comprehensive landscape plan of woodland, pasture and water. Over 1 million trees will be planted, 4 miles of lakes made and dozens of historic buildings restored. Working closely with the local authority and wild life trust, thousands of acres of habitat-rich wood pasture are being created and consents agreed for a hotel and new dwellings for holiday let.
