Kim, Savills and Arups have drawn up a long term masterplan for the Goodwood Estate. The plans propose 100 year woodland planting, lakes and water catchment management. The priorities are to restore the historic landscape, to protect the setting of the estate, to provide a continuity of forestry and healthy soil-based agriculture, to allow for long term viability of the estate enterprises and to put in place flood management to help ease issues downstream in Chichester.
