Brighton Downs

East Sussex

Kim, working closely with Savills, has prepared a 100 year plan for 20 square miles of the Brighton Downs which are owned by the local authority. The plan guides farming, forestry, recreation access and development.

Topography and hydrology are the key to priorities for restoring chalk grassland and valuable habitats as well as protecting the aquifer and ensuring a supply of clean water to the city.
