Waterfront Masterplan for the redevelopment of the theatres including proposals to reconnect the river to the heart of the town with a new pedestrian bridge and a new riverside walkway with new arches under the nineteenth century tramway bridge and the medieval Clopton Bridge.

Our response to the local authority Masterplan on behalf of the Theatre included suggestions to de-municipalise the eastern bank of the Avon opposite the town by relocating the bandstand, bowling club and bedding out to reintroduce flood-pasture right into the heart of the city.
