Preshaw Park Hampshire for a private client and the Countryside Agency, 2003- 2006

Landscape Conservation and Management Plan to help to give an understanding of historic, natural and amenity assets of the Estate as the basis for a long term landscape masterplan. Preshaw is a classic English estate; 1200 acres (500ha) of parkland, woodland and arable fields with a fine Grade II* mansion and manor house at its centre, served by a range of barns, stables and cottages. The Preshaw House complex has been designated as a Conservation Area and is now in separate ownership from the Estate. The Estate lies within the East Hampshire Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It would also fall within the proposed South Downs National Park.
